Can I move out of state?

Can I move out of state & not lose my benefits? According to my doctor, my pain would improve from dry weather, but I'm afraid I'll lose my benefits from Unum if I move. I'm afraid to ask them because every time I call, I end up getting scrutinized again. I have nothing to hide, but the stress makes my condition worse. What should I do?
